Overview

The Positive Review Thank You Journey allows you to thank your customers for their positive review immediately after submitting. You can also choose to include a discount or offer as a thank you and to incentivize their next purchase, feature recommended products, or add any other call to action of your choosing.

How It Works

Trigger & Timing

The Journey is triggered by the Submitted Positive Review event, which is for any reviews that are at least four stars, with a default delay of one day.

Personalization

In these emails, you can reference the product they reviewed by using the {{triggerEvent.custom['Product Title'] | default: 'Product'}} property.

Note: dynamic product images cannot be inserted at this time, only static images can be inserted.

Recommendations

To optimize this Play, we recommend the following:

  • Experimenting with the timing of the emails to see what works best for you and your customers
  • A/B testing different email subject lines, designs, and copy to see what drives the most engagement
  • Inserting the {{triggerEvent.custom['Product Title'] | default: 'Product'}} property
  • Including an exclusive discount code to encourage customers to make another purchase
  • Including product recommendations to encourage product exploration
