The Review Request Journey requests reviews from recent purchases, streamlining your tech stack and enabling control over design and timing. From there, you can also enable the Positive Review Thank You Journey to thank customers for leaving a positive review and encourage another purchase.
The Journey is triggered by the Review Intent
event, which is for messaging customers when they’re eligible to submit a review.
In these emails, you can reference the product to be reviewed by using the {{triggerEvent.custom['Product Title'] | default: 'Product'}}
property.
