Overview

The Bring Back Lapsing Customers with Postcards flow sends postcards to customers who are predicted to never return with an enticing offer to convince them to make another purchase. Provide your best discount to help boost returning customer rates, increase LTV, and prevent customers from leaving for good.

How It Works

Trigger & Timing

The flow involves two segments, one in Klaviyo based on the Repeat - About to Lapse event and one in PostPilot synced with the Klaviyo segment using its segment ID. By default, the flow will be triggered for customers who received the event in the last 30 days. The PostPilot automated campaign is then triggered by the newly created segment, where the campaign’s settings and design can be customized as needed.

Personalization & Recommendations

To optimize this Play, we recommend the following:

  • Customizing the trigger’s date based on your customers’ historical data
  • Including your best offer to incentivize customers to make another purchase
  • Using lifestyle imagery instead of specific product photos, as postcards will be sent to all at-risk customers regardless of what they previously purchased
