The flow involves two segments, one in Klaviyo based on the Repeat - About to Lapse
event and one in PostPilot synced with the Klaviyo segment using its segment ID. By default, the flow will be triggered for customers who received the event in the last 30 days. The PostPilot automated campaign is then triggered by the newly created segment, where the campaign’s settings and design can be customized as needed.
