Overview

The Show Dynamic Products for Replenishment block reminds customers of which products they previously purchased and may be running low on to encourage them to reorder before they completely run out. The Play uses the Due to Replenish Products property to identify when customers are ready to stock up and which products they’re running low on.

How It Works

Repeat Cart

This Play sends customers to their personalized Repeat Cart, which will automatically populate with recommendations for replenishing previously purchased products.

Personalization

This Play is based on products a customer purchased before and historical reorder timing data from other customers who purchased the same products. By default, this reusable block is a dynamic table with the following settings:

  • Product Title: {{ item|lookup:'product_title'}}
  • Variant Title: {{ item|lookup:'variant_title' }}
  • Product Image: {{ item|lookup:'image_url'}}
  • Product Price: {{ item|lookup:'price' }}
  • PDP URL: {{ item|lookup:'pdp_url' }}

This block also uses Show/Hide Logic to only show based on whether customers are ready to reorder a previously purchased product based on the person|lookup:'Repeat - Due To Replenish’ variable. Save this block as a universal content block so it can be added to any campaign or flow in just a few clicks.

Recommendations

To optimize this Play, we recommend the following:

  • Styling the block to match your email branding and customizing the block’s text to match your brand voice
  • A/B testing different block designs and copy to see what drives the most engagement
