This Play helps convert one-time buyers into long-term subscribers and makes it easy for customers to start a subscription in just a few clicks.
This Play sends customers to their personalized Repeat Cart, which will automatically populate with subscription recommendations for products that customers are most likely to commit to.
This flow is triggered by the Repeat - Primed for Subscription
metric, with no flow filters or trigger splits. The trigger is based on when customers show a heightened readiness to subscribe and what they have purchased previously. By default, there is no delay between the trigger and the first email.
By default, this flow includes three emails with a delay of three days between each email. Personalizing the email with a specific product subscription recommendation requires the following variables:
