The Customer Birthday Points flow acts as a personalized customer touchpoint, wishing them a happy birthday while offering a small bonus incentive to make another purchase. It’s a high-impact opportunity to build stronger customer relationships, celebrate their birthday with them, and remind them how to earn and spend their points.
This flow is triggered by the EarnAccountBirthday
property, where the first email is sent on the customer’s birthday. By default, there is no delay between the trigger and the first email.
By default, the flow includes one email, letting customers know they’ve earned reward points for their birthday. You can also include a second email to remind customers to spend their newly earned points, with a recommended five-day interval between emails and a flow filter that removes customers who have since made a purchase.
We also recommend including customers’ current points balance using the {{person|lookup:"stamped_rewards_points"|default:'0' }}
