Loyalty Points Block

The Loyalty Points block displays your customers’ loyalty points balance in any email where you’d like to incentivize another purchase. We recommend including this block in every email you send as a header or footer to consistently remind customers they have loyalty points available.

Personalization

By default, this reusable block includes the following text: Hi {{ first_name }}, Your Loyalty Points Balance is: {{ person|lookup:"stamped_rewards_points"|floatformat:0 }} points. Redeem now!. Style this block to match the rest of your email branding and use “Redeem now!” to link to your dedicated loyalty program page.

This block also uses Show/Hide Logic to only show when a customer has a minimum points balance, e.g. person|lookup:'stamped_rewards_points' > 10. Save this block as a universal content block so it can be added to any campaign or flow in just a few clicks.

Recommendations

To optimize this Play, we recommend the following:

• Styling the block to match your email branding and customizing the block’s text to match your brand voice
• A/B testing different block designs and copy to see what drives the most engagement
• Changing “points” to match your loyalty program’s custom points name if you have one (e.g. coins, bucks)
