Overview

This play uses Recharge’s UpcomingOrder event to trigger an email that reminds loyalty members they have points available to spend. By inserting a loyalty block into the subscription reminder email, merchants can drive repeat engagement and increase LTV by nudging customers to redeem points before their next shipment.

How It Works

This flow is triggered by the UpcomingOrder event from Recharge. It includes a filter for customers who have earned loyalty points (Stamped_lifetime_points_earned > 0) but haven’t spent any (Stamped_lifetime_points_spent < 1).

Personalization

The email includes subscription order details and a dynamic loyalty block that only appears if the customer has points to spend. This can be inserted into Recharge’s existing branded flow or a custom Klaviyo template.

Create API Token in Recharge:

1. Navigate to Recharge → Integrations → Create API Token.

2. Fill out the necessary information to generate the token.

Connect Recharge to Stamped:

1. In your Stamped dashboard, go to Settings → Loyalty Integrations → Apps.

2. Activate the Recharge app and enter the newly created API token.

Note: Ensure you have access to Recharge's API settings. If not, contact Recharge support to gain access.

Recommendations

To optimize this Play, we recommend the following:

  • Using dynamic show/hide logic in the loyalty block based on point balance
  • Highlighting how points can be applied to the upcoming order
  • Including a CTA to manage their subscription or redeem points
