When customers receive their first review request, there’s a significant chance they’re ready to place another order. Give them an additional nudge by including product recommendations in your review request email. Either enable smart recommendations based on the customer’s past purchase, or set fixed recommendations to push your best-sellers.
If you’re sending review requests via Stamped, you can directly enable product recommendations in the dashboard. If you’re sending review requests via Klaviyo, you can add a Lifecycle cross-sell block to your email template.
