Give customers additional motivation to leave a review with coupon codes. Offer a discount of your choice in exchange for reviews, and set different coupons for different types of reviews (i.e. text-only reviews, with photos, with videos, sharing their review). You can also choose between fixed coupons or dynamic coupons where each customer gets a unique code.
While some customers are happy to leave a review without anything in return, some need the extra incentive. Coupons are not only a great way to get higher-quality reviews (i.e. with media), but to encourage customers to return and use their coupon before it expires.
